The Movement Membership Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your membership of The Movement, run by Rachel Bednarski trading as Rachel Bednarski ("I", "me", "we"). You can contact me at rachelrachelbednarski.com. By joining, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you pay — they cover how billing works, how to cancel, and how to practise safely.
2. What your membership includes
Membership gives you access to The Movement space on FG Funnels for as long as your subscription is active. This currently includes:
-
Rituals and courses released inside the membership, including all 30-day rituals
-
The archive of recorded sessions, including recordings of The Expansion movement and breathwork ceremonies
-
Live sessions and ceremonies, as scheduled and announced inside the membership
-
The member community space
Gradual release.
New members receive archive recordings gradually from their join date rather than all at once. Members who joined before 10 October 2026 keep full archive access.
Changes to content.
The membership is a living space. I may add, update, reschedule or retire content and live sessions. If I make a change that significantly reduces what you're paying for, I'll tell you in advance and you can choose to cancel.
3. Fees and billing
-
Membership costs £37 per month, charged in advance to the card you provide at checkout.
-
Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you joined (or the date your free trial ends) until you cancel.
-
If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until it ends. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.
-
If a payment fails, I'll try again and let you know. Access may pause until payment goes through.
Price changes.
I may change the membership price for new members at any time. If I change the price for existing members, I'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email, so you can choose to cancel before the new price applies. Members on a founding rate keep that rate for as long as their membership stays active without a break.
Joining for a ritual, course or live event.
Your billing cycle always starts on the date you join (or the date any free trial ends), not on the date a ritual, course or live event begins. This applies however and whenever you join. If a ritual runs past your renewal date, your membership renews as normal, and you'll need an active membership to keep access to the rest of it.
4. Cancelling and refunds
Cancelling anytime.
You can cancel whenever you like via Managed Subscriptions in the member portal. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for. There are no partial refunds for unused time.
Your 14-day cancellation right.
UK law usually gives you 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. Because the membership gives you immediate access to digital content, at checkout you'll be asked to agree that access starts straight away and to acknowledge that you lose this 14-day right once you've accessed it.
Refunds.
Outside the above, payments are non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise — for example, if something I provide is faulty or not as described.
Ending a membership.
I may suspend or end a membership, with a refund for any unused paid period, if someone seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or the community guidelines.
5. Your health and safety
Breathwork and somatic practices can be powerful. They can bring up strong sensations, emotions and memories. Please practise with care and stay within what feels right for you.
Not medical or psychological treatment.
The Movement is educational and experiential. It isn't medical care, therapy or a replacement for either. Please keep working with your GP, therapist or other professionals as you need to.
Check with a medical professional first if any of these apply to you:
pregnancy; heart or cardiovascular conditions, including high blood pressure; epilepsy or a history of seizures; glaucoma or retinal detachment; a history of aneurysm or stroke; recent surgery or injury; or a history of severe mental health conditions such as psychosis or bipolar disorder. Some breathwork practices may not be suitable for you, and I'll offer gentler alternatives where I can.
Practise safely.
Never practise breathwork while driving, in or near water, or anywhere you'd be at risk if you felt light-headed. Stop if you feel unwell or overwhelmed, and seek medical help if you need it.
You're responsible for your own participation and for telling a professional about any relevant health condition.
6. Live sessions and recordings
Live sessions are recorded and added to the membership so members can practise afterwards. By joining a live session, you agree to this.
If you'd rather not appear in a recording, you can keep your camera off, change your display name, and choose not to speak. I'll only share recordings inside the membership, and I won't use them anywhere publicly without your consent.
Live session times are given in UK time. If I need to reschedule or cancel a live session, I'll let members know as early as I can and offer a recording or a new date.
7. Community and confidentiality
The Movement works because people feel safe enough to be honest in their bodies. To protect that:
-
Keep what others share private. Don't screenshot, record or repeat anyone's personal shares outside the membership.
-
Speak from your own experience. Don't diagnose, fix or give unsolicited advice to other members.
-
Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, discrimination or abuse won't be tolerated.
-
Don't use the space to promote your own business or services without my permission.
I may remove posts or members who break these guidelines (see section 4).
8. Using the content
All membership content — recordings, rituals, written materials and practices — belongs to me. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own practice while your membership is active.
Please don't share your login, download or redistribute recordings, or teach or sell the material as your own. If you'd like to use something in your own work, ask me first.
9. Legal bits
Liability.
I'll provide the membership with reasonable care and skill. I'm not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for anything caused by not following the safety guidance in section 5. My total liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid in the previous months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited.
Technology. The membership is hosted on FG Funnels. I can't guarantee uninterrupted access and I'm not responsible for outages outside my control, but I'll fix problems as quickly as I can.
Your data.
I use your personal information to run your membership, as explained in my privacy policy at [link].
Changes to these terms.
I may update these terms. If a change affects you significantly, I'll email you at least [30] days beforehand, and you can cancel if you don't agree.
Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
