The Expansion — Purchase & Participant Agreement

By purchasing a place on The Expansion, you ("Participant" or "you") agree to the following terms, in addition to the general [Terms & Conditions] and [Privacy Policy] of this website.

1. Nature of This Offer

The Expansion is a live, online group movement and breathwork ceremony, delivered via Zoom. It is an experiential, educational practice intended for personal growth. It is not medical treatment, therapy, or professional advice.

2. Live Access Only

This purchase provides access to one live Zoom session only. There is no replay, recording, or on-demand access included with this ticket.

3. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • If this session is cancelled by Rachel Bednarski, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

4. No Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • The content is for educational and experiential purposes only

  • It does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice

  • You are responsible for seeking qualified professionals for any conditions, concerns, or decisions

5. Health, Physical Participation & Assumption of Risk

The Expansion involves physical movement and conscious connected breathwork, which can bring up strong physical or emotional responses

You participate at your own risk, and are responsible for knowing your own physical and mental health limits

You may pause, modify, or stop your own participation at any time

You confirm that you are physically and psychologically capable of participating and are not on the contraindications list before participating in The Expansion:

As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork and somatic practices. It is crucial that you seek medical advice prior to participating in The Expansion if any of the following are relevant to you:

– Pregnancy (at any stage)

-- Vaccination within 3 months of the session
– Severe PTSD or trauma
– Actively using recreational drugs
– Taking any medication that alters brain chemistry like anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, ADD, OCD medications, etc.
– Detached Retina
– Glaucoma
– Kidney disease
– High Blood Pressure
– Cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
– Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
– Uncontrolled thyroid conditions
– Diabetes
– Severe Asthma— for mild to moderate asthma, we can discuss but you must bring your inhaler to the session
– Epilepsy
– History of Seizures
– Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
– Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
– Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve deep physical and/or emotional release

Please make sure you are not on the contraindication list and/or have been cleared by your doctor before joining the session.

6. Results Disclaimer

Individual experiences vary. This offer does not guarantee specific outcomes. Any insights, emotional shifts, or results depend on your personal history, effort, and circumstances.

7. Confidentiality

Anything shared or witnessed during the ceremony — by you or other participants — is confidential. You agree not to record, screenshot, redistribute, or disclose what happens in the session, or what other participants share.

8. Intellectual Property

The ceremony content, structure, and materials are the intellectual property of Rachel Bednarski and may not be recorded, reproduced, or redistributed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:​

Participation is at your own risk under England & Wales / Northern Ireland law

10. Termination of Access

Rachel Bednarski reserves the right to revoke access to this offer without refund if a participant engages in disruptive or abusive behaviour, violates this agreement, or misuses or redistributes content.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

12. Acceptance

By purchasing a place on The Expansion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Purchase & Participant Agreement.
