Contraindications for breathwork practice

Please read through carefully and contact me or your doctor/physician if you're unsure.

In participating in a breathwork session you acknowledge that you feel ready for the experience and any emotional, physical, or otherwise expression, healing, release, sensation, and/or emotional/mental/spiritual growth that may occur. You also acknowledge that it is not the responsibility of Rachel if such changes do or do not occur.
It is up to you to assess whether you are ready to partake in the session of guided breathwork practices. If you suffer from specific injuries or disease or mental health issues it is best to consult with your GP first.
Seek advice from your doctor before practicing breathwork while pregnant.
No practices given in the space are a substitution for medical care, diagnosis, or advice.
